Welcome to “Cybertranslation”, our website for on-line translations.
The concept is straightforward: send us your documents via e-mail or fax, send us your payment, and we send you the desired translation.
This website is now in service. A system for prior payment or credit card debit will soon be available.
On-line Consultation
This link is dedicated to persons wishing to obtain translations from French, English, or German into these same languages.
The system is simple:
- Please read the General Conditions below (by requesting an online translation through this website you implicitly state your agreement with the General Conditions).
- Please read the brief instructions on How to use this service.
- Send us the document(s) you wish to have translated.
- Send us your billing information.
General Conditions
- The document(s) to be translated must be sent in a legible format. As a general rule, subjects are limited to the fields of taxes, law, business, finance, and certain technical subjects. If required for the translation process, we reserve the right to ask for further information.
- Once we have obtained the document(s), we will send you an offer in Swiss francs (VAT included). The payment shall be made upon receipt of the invoice. Online payment will soon be possible via this website.
- An offer shall give rise to an agreement within 24 hours, which is confirmed by our invoice (the date of expedition has probative force). Otherwise, the offer is considered to have been refused. No indemnity of any kind shall be made.
- The deadline foreseen for the translation is specified in the offer. We expressly reserve the right to prolong the duration necessary for the translation. This shall however not be longer than 2 working days after your payment.
- It should be specified that we are in no way responsible for the inviolability of the transmitted data, in particular against third parties. Users of our e-mail form bear the normal risks involved in data transfers.
- In general, we can not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages you might incur, except in the case of serious offence or fraud.
- Contractual relationships are regulated exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is in Geneva, Switzerland.
